5. TAFF Stars & Rewards
- TAFF Stars are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated
- TAFF Partners reserves the right to modify the rewards programme at any time
- Stars earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account may be suspended
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks and intellectual property on TAFF Partners belong to TAFF Partners or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TAFF Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TAFF Partners in the past 12 months.
