Register on TAFF Partners, complete your KYC verification, and top up your Campaign Wallet. Our team will help you create your first campaign within 24 hours.
What kind of campaigns can I run?
You can run lead generation campaigns (residents share their details), receipt-verified purchase campaigns (residents upload purchase receipts), event sponsorships and product sampling at community events.
How are my leads verified?
Every lead is submitted by a registered resident with a verified mobile number. You can also enable receipt verification for offline purchases, where residents upload actual purchase receipts.
What ROI can I expect?
Our brands typically see 3–8x better cost-per-lead compared to digital ads, because communities are trusted environments. Your dashboard shows real-time CPL, reach and conversion data.
Can I target specific communities or areas?
Yes. You can target by city, pincode, society type, income bracket, family size and even specific RWAs you want to activate.
What is the minimum budget to start?
Our Starter plan begins at Rs.50,000/year. Campaign wallet top-ups start from Rs.1,000. There is no minimum campaign spend.

How does my RWA earn money?
Your RWA earns a revenue share every time a brand runs a campaign in your community - when residents participate in offers, attend brand-sponsored events or submit purchase receipts. No investment needed.
Do residents have to pay anything?
No. Residents join and use TAFF Partners completely free. They earn rewards (Community Points) for participating in campaigns and events.
How do I register my RWA?
Click Register Community on our website. Fill in your RWA details, number of units and contact information. Our team will verify and onboard you within 48 hours.
What tools do I get as a community manager?
You get a full Community Dashboard - event management, digital notice board, maintenance request tracker, resident directory, revenue reports and brand campaign management.
Can I choose which brands run campaigns in my community?
Yes. You can approve or reject any brand campaign before it goes live in your community. You also set which spaces (clubhouse, notice boards, events) are available for brand activation.
How are community evenings or events organised?
Brands propose events (yoga sessions, financial planning workshops, product demos etc.). You approve the event, TAFF handles logistics support and the brand pays for hosting. Your RWA earns from attendance.

How do I join TAFF Partners?
Click Join Free on the website or ask your RWA admin for an invite. Register with your mobile number, verify via OTP and start exploring offers in your community.
How do I earn rewards?
You earn Community Points by participating in brand campaigns (sharing your details for an offer), attending events, submitting purchase receipts and referring neighbours.
What can I redeem my rewards for?
Community Points can be redeemed for vouchers, discounts at local businesses, event passes and exclusive offers from partner brands. More redemption options are added monthly.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We never sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with a brand if you actively choose to participate in their campaign. You can opt out of any campaign at any time.
What is the Community Passport?
The Community Passport is your digital identity card on TAFF Partners. It tracks your participation level, badges earned and rewards history. Higher levels unlock exclusive benefits.
Can I refer friends and neighbours?
Yes! Share your unique referral code and both you and the person you refer earn bonus Community Points when they sign up and participate in their first campaign.

About TAFF Partners the platform
Which cities is TAFF Partners available in?
We are currently live in Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Delhi). We are expanding to Mumbai and Bengaluru by early 2027.
Is TAFF Partners free to use?
Residents join free. RWAs can join on a free Basic plan and earn revenue from day one. Brands and businesses choose from paid plans starting at Rs.50,000/year.
How is TAFF Partners different from just WhatsApp groups?
WhatsApp groups are unorganised and have no monetisation, verification or analytics. TAFF Partners provides a full platform with verified residents, brand partnerships, revenue tracking and structured engagement tools.
How do brands get GST invoices?
Once your KYC is verified, every wallet top-up automatically generates a GST tax invoice. Download any invoice from your brand dashboard under Invoices.
What support is available?
We offer email support for all users, priority support for Growth and Premium brand plans, and a dedicated account manager for Strategic plans. Support hours are Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST.
